where The Love Lays

Let’s go back to the start
To the beautiful sunshine
Splattered with moments of dark
Like clouds flittering by
covering momentarily the Sun
But always flying by
Bright days, beautiful ways
But always
Where the love lays

For
You don’t know how a part of me dies
when you talk of leaving
A part of me cries
and I feel like grieving
Storm clouds cover the horizon
Leaving me scrambling in search of the silver lining
A ray of hope to hold on to
To bring back the shining
of the Sun into my life
Parting the clouds
wishing, to make you,
My Wife
